At last!
Fire Dragon is proud to announce that Grand Master Hardy has indeed broken his previous Guinness World Record, for the heaviest weight of concrete to be broken on his chest while lying on a bed of nails.
His new Guinness World Record now stands at 774.99 kg - over three quarters of a tonne!
Guinness Worls Records, however, are a by-product of training, and this week's weekend training will be on Sunday 7th and Sunday 21st - at the warm(er) weather time of 5.00 pm. All students welcome, and encouraged to attend. Weekend training is on Downer Oval, between Downer Shops and Melba St.
