Guinness World Records TM has confirmed that Master Hardy has broken the World Record for the heaviest amount of concrete to be broken on a body while lying on a bed of nails!
Master Hardy attributes his success to his training in Pai Lum Kung Fu, which teaches harmony, balance, and Ch'i control.
Master Hardy thanks all those, both students from Fire Dragon, and others, who assisted in the feat and its documentation.
