He has tailored his instruction to help people suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, depression, and chronic pain. He offers his students a way to put their mental and physical strengths together, to overcome barriers and achieve their potential.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching is a new approach to offering people advice on how to overcome the stresses of modern life, how to climb out of the troughs, and how to cross plateaux to beak through to new achievements.

Your Coach, Neal Hardy, uses the principles of Martial Arts training to help you find and recognise your strengths, overcome your weaknesses, and realise your potential to make your dreams real, and perhaps more importantly, to help you find and retain balance in a world subject to an increasing rate of change.

Approach

Fire Dragon offers one-on-one coaching to motivated individuals, to assist them in realising their potential - in how to achieve their goals while retaining - or regaining - their sanity!

Fire Dragon seeks to determine the client's requirements, and offers techniques and approaches to meeting the challenges.

Tuition is also offered through seminars to small groups.

About your Coach

Neal Hardy was born in 1954 in England, but moved to Australia with his family when he was 6 years old. He travelled to Ireland in 1979 after completing a degree in Science at the Australian National University, to pursue a love of Irish music. While there he commenced studying Pai Lum Kung Fu at Fire Dragon Ireland, which allowed him to gain a sense of self esteem and self confidence previously lacking in his life. He continued his studies of Pai Lum, and attained Instructor Level in 1986.

In November 1986 he returned to Australia to teach Kung Fu, and eventually opened classes to the public in 1995.

He is now 4th Higher Level Instructor in Pai Lum Kung Fu, and the only Australian Master of this Martial Art, as well as a 1st Dan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate.

He is Chief Instructor of Fire Dragon Australia, and a full Member of the Australian Kung Fu (Wu Shu) Federation. He is a Level 1 Coach under the Australian Coaching Accreditation Scheme, and has been ACT Technical Director of the National All Styles tournament circuit since 2001.

Neal also has considerable experience in the Australian Public Service, is an accomplished musician, and a student of bonsai. He continues his personal pursuit of harmony.
